How To Remove Excess Facial Hair With Herbs

Most women of the modern world face the problem of excessive facial hair, especially over the upper lip area. Even though many rely on threading to remove this hair, the process is painful and leaves a fair patch where the hair is removed and it grows thicker the next time. Make a peel off mask by mixing an egg white with corn flour and sugar to make a sticky paste and apply it over the affected area; peel off when dry. It will take some hair along with it. Wheat flour, when made a paste with water or rose water can be applied on face and rubbed off when dry; it will pull off hair from your face as you rub it off. This has to be done regularly to get results. A mixture of lemon and sugar can also be used to remove unwanted hair. Mix chickpea flour and fenugreek powder and make a paste with water or milk to apply on face; let it dry and then peel off to remove hair.

Sugar, lemon and honey can be boiled to a sticky consistency and can be used as a natural wax to wax off unwanted hair. Apply the sticky mix on the affected area; tap on a strip of cotton cloth over the paste, tap it on till the cloth sticks properly to the skin and then pull off the cloth in the direction opposite to the hair growth. It is painful but will prevent hair from growing back for a longer time as compared to threading.

Vitamin E, copper, magnesium, zinc etc helps to keep the hormone levels balanced. Include almonds, papaya, turnip, green leafy vegetables, pumpkin seeds, raw plantain etc in your diet to get sufficient amount of nutrients required to keep a healthy balance of hormones. Chaste tree berry is known to reduce the level of hormones responsible for excessive facial hair growth in women. Chamomile tea can be used to bleach the hair so that it doesn’t show prominently.

Excessive hair growth in women is mainly because of excessive production of male hormones and a way of countering it is to bring back your feminine qualities that will automatically produce more female hormones to overpower the male hormones. Feeling like a woman has lots to do with the production of female hormones. Playing with children, cuddling babies, putting babies to sleep, romancing etc will boost your feminine hormones. In the modern world, women spend a lot of time managing things in a manly way. Working women are more prone to this since there is little difference between men and women in corporates.
