While I’d love to mention every herb that is beneficial for every symptom, ailment and disease, I cannot. If you know that Juniper Berries and Gravel Root are good for helping kidney stones, that is wonderful! Utilize that information.

In the article, near the bottom, I also mention the benefits of Aloe Vera for decreasing the size of the kidney stones, as well as preventing future kidney stones from forming.

You mention a LOT of diuretics in your article. I thought this was about resolving the stones? While the diuretics are good for flushing they do not normally facilitate the softening and breaking apart of the stones.

What about JUNIPER BERRIES? Or GRAVEL ROOT?

It is a very informative article , listing most of the solution people know about! Would be great if you could be a bit more specific. Like when talking about supplements, it would be great if you could recommend some of the products . There are so many of them out there and it is really hard to decide which one is better and has less side effects.

there’s cayenne, horseradish and honey, and castor oil – all are to heat up the body and target sinus issues. should they be tried 1 at at time or combine 2 or all 3 at the same time? don’t want to be “hot” all day but I want to better my odds. appreciate any thoughts.
